Who is iPingTest?
iPingTest is an internet-testing company based in The Netherlands. Since 1996 we’re measuring the quality of internet-connections from an end-user perspective. After performing over half a billion measurements in the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Portugal during the period 2003-2009, we launched our worldwide speed test website in november 2009. Unique is the combination of a ready-to-use speedtest on the website, and a software-client that does the same in the background on a daily basis.
